Additions

An important part of additions is making the roof line the same exact height so that the addition blends in with the origional build

	Sometimes there are multiple roof designs on one build and transitions are very important in these instances.
	Before stucco is applied the house is fully sheared.  Not all contractors will shear the outside, alot of times the corners are only done in osb or plywood and the rest is just foamed and wired.  We like to go teh extra mile.  This is why we have the highest standard in warranties in the business.
	This addition seems to be cluttered, however work is in progress when picture was taken and lumber is staged in several area of the project for accessability.  When an inspection is scheduled there is no work that day and everything is cleaned and clear for safety at the end of every working day.
	Some additions the roof line does not meet up however with the right archetectual accents it is hard to differentiate the addition from the origional build itself.
	Inside the addition the frame work is exact.  We double check to ensure that all walls are secured properly and are edged.  Edging is a way to ensure perfect installation of interior walls after all electrical and plumbing has been roughed in.
